Prince Adam

Tuesday, 15 September 2009

During the Linggo ng Wika, my son's school had a parade, wherein students had to go to school in their Filipino costume. I thought about what should Adam wear for this event. Being a stage mommy to him, I thought of several possible options. Barongs and the typical red pants with camisa de chino was so overrated, definitely I want him to stand out. My first choice was the Igorot's "bahag" but unfortunately couldn't find the "bahag" itself, though I was able to find the vest. Then I saw this boy mannequin wearing a Moslem attire. So I immediately bought one and when I got home I excitedly put it on Adam, then took pictures of him. He's like a prince, so handsome. He really looks like mommy! (will need to shed a few pounds. maybe ellipticals will help)

here are some pics taken during hubby's birthday celebration. only my family, my aunt and a cousin came from my side. it was fun and the party was sort of a pre-new year's celebration as well. we all tried to wear red, except for my mom. kj! *lol*. sorry, no pics of the celebrant as he's busy entertaining his guests.
