Me Me Day

Tired of working on extended hours? You think you deserve a vacation but don't have time to go out on long trips? What about having a personal time? It's like cutting yourself away from all the clutters of life. It's a one whole day of doing the opposite of what you used to do and absolutely disconnecting yourself from all the technology, works and duties.

Once in a while, give yourself a much needed break. Schedule a one whole day where you can just relax and do something that will invigorates and rejuvenates all your fucking senses (hahaha marereact si ate niyan, sige na iedit mu na, hahaha). Here are some ideas on how you can spend your "ME Day" the glam way:

*Lie down, relax. Stay in bed the whole day. It will also give yourself time to reflect on your life, if you've been a good girl-next door or just a plain bitch.

* Isolation. Isolate yourself from all the technologies in life. Turn off your cell phones, unplug the radios, computer, and TV and music player. Meditate from all the quietness that surrounds you now and who knows good ideas come from thinking nothing. Which reminds me, will have to look at website directory later after im done "meditating" =)

* Beautify yourself. If you're willing to spend, instead of just getting the home service "masahista" opt to go to a spa and get the whole package. Get a massage, body scrub, body wax, facial, foot spa, hand paraffin and some detoxifying treatments. Then go to a salon. Get the latest hair cut, get your nails done and you can even change your hair colour.

* OC Freak. If you feel that doing nothing will get you no far, try locking yourself inside your room and undo the entire clutter ness. Go through your junk, clean up and organize. Label all your stuff. You can even have it makeover. Be creative for a day.

* Get in touch with Mother Nature. Find a cozy spot where nobody can disturb you. It may either be in your garden or in the park. Grab a book, magazine or any reading materials. Play your favourite album of course using your music player, grab a snack and your good to go. Or you can do absolutely nothing, just stare at the blue peaceful sky, the birds and the bees. Feel the breeze.

* Hike. Get up on your feet. Exercise those legs and muscles, it's good for your heart. It doesn't have to be a strenuous cardio routine. While walking, plug your ears with your favourite song, so people won't bother you. Think of pleasant things, think positive. It will be so relaxing.
