Envious

i dont cook. even my siblings dont. our parents cooked for us. that's why we never learned. but when you have your own family, it's essential. fortunately for me, we've got househelp. even if we dont, i dont think i have the time to cook for my family. i get home late. my husband comes home late (blame the traffic!). our son will starve if not for our very able househelps.

but i went to a friend's party and boy, she prepared all the food herself. i couldnt believe it! like me, she used to be clueless in the kitchen. but she took up a short cooking course and it got her hooked. i loved her
sweet potato pie the most. im going to ask for her recipe and maybe try it one of these days.
