Memory

hubby just texted me with the status of my laptop (he's currently in the pc shop sorting it out, while i wait in this cosy little cafe =D). he said, he was told we have to increase our laptop memory as a solution to the pc hanging all the time! because of the programs i have installed, the system couldn't cope anymore. i told him to just do whatever they can so i can go back to my normal life!
