everything has to be done accordingly. even building sites need to be assessed before going ahead with the construction. in the states, they usually start with Phase I environmental site assessment which entails checks on the history of the property, including documentations. this is to make sure that there are no immediate concern on the safety of the property and that the build could go ahead without hassle.
