Investment
my dad has been lecturing us over the years to invest in lands. they say, we'll get more for our money instead of buying bags, shoes and clothes! we would tease him back that it's his responsibility to get land investment and divide it among his children! well, he's right. the value of the property increases as there's progress in its development. i still can't afford to buy properties but that is something we would be doing when we earn more.
