Heart Attack

i have already witnessed somebody having a Heart Attack. it was scary! i want to help, but i don't know how. fortunately, we're not related. he's just someone i happen to pass by in one of my mall visits. it took a while for paramedics to get to him, as no one in the vicinity knows how to deal with such case. if only the government sets aside some money for training, im sure more people will be saved from heart failure.
