Telepresence
when my colleague applied for a job in dubai, her interview was done using a conference call. she was so amazed by how high-tech it seemed. she was called in an office in makati (by the local agent of the said company) and they interviewed her through teleconferencing. they had a big screen, webcam attached and they were talking like they were all in the same room. they explained that it is the latest way of interviewing applicants especially if applying for overseas work. they call it Telepresence.
