Hypnosis
i watched this episode of bones where one of the characters underwent hypnosis to help her recall a very important detail of her past. i used to not believe such a thing until my sister, who graduated with a degree in psychology, told me that it is being used in some cases and are proven effective. just like what i saw on tv.
anyways, i haven't forgotten anything, hopefully not, to try it for myself. but perhaps i could try it with other people? say, my husband? i could probably convince him easily to abide by my wishes. later today, i'll try some hypnosis downloads. if you go to instant-hypnosis.com you'll be entitled to a free 5-part mini-course. they offer different hypnosis help - from skills, to addiction, to relationships. im going to tell my sister. she's been suffering from migraine and back pain. this might help her weed off painkillers.
