i was shocked to learn that my sister's house is still carpeted. i find it so outdated! *peace, sis!* not their fault, they bought the house as is from a really elderly lady so it looked like a blast in the past. they have, little by little, made some improvements in the house. they plan on stripping the carpets and replacing them with wood flooring. i told her area rugs would look really good with floor boards. she thinks so too!
