Useless Card

i was so pissed off yesterday. i bought a phone card so i could call my husband in the philippines (im still here in china). i inserted the card in the slot. at first it rang then the ringing stopped and to my surprise, it deducted a lot. so much that i couldn't even make the call anymore! ridiculous!
