Love Notes (Quotable Quotes)
when i was younger, i used to listen to joe d'mango over the radio. he's like a love doctor helping with relationships, matters of the heart and the like. im wondering, is he still around? some of the quotes that i've heard are:
- How wonderful if we learn how: to love without condition; to speak without bad intention; to give without expecting anything in return; and to care without hesitation.
- Never say that someone completes you. We have to feel whole even we are by ourselves, for needing someone is not love but dependency... wanting a person to become a part of our life is the best reason for having them and you can only want when you know you have enough. so rather search for that someone who will complete you... wait for the person who will complement your completeness.
- Its harder to live alone... its harder to choose someone to love.. but the hardest part of loving is to admit that you've fallen for someone without the chance to be yours.
- Love when established, shall never cease to exist, when there is no intent to abandon.
but still, those quotes are only guides. experience is still the best teacher. and the important thing is learning from mistakes. i believe that there's no one else to blame (for any hardships that we may encounter) but ourselves. we always have a choice. it may not be the right choice but we still have a choice.
