Home Equity Loan

my college classmate, Amor, recently inquired with my hubby's uncle regarding Home Equity Loans. uncle is the director of one of the banks in the metropolis. Amor's mom has been hospitalized and they need a big amount of money to cover all hospitalisation expenses. all they could think of is getting their house sort of remortgaged again so they can pay for her mom's operation and other expenses.

prior to this appt (uncle and amor), amor and her family has already weighed their options. they've done their research, in sites like magicloans.co.uk, which was very helpful in terms of knowing how much interest rates are, how much they might be expected to pay over a period of time. this made them confident in setting up their home as a collateral. they know that they can pay off their debts if all the family members will chip in.

i hope her mom gets better soon.
